Trey Pettis

As owner and a construction engineer, Trey Pettis values customer service and communication, as shown through his relationships with our homeowners. Pettis Builders has been voted one of the best home builder in Sumner county seven years running (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018) because of Trey’s emphasis on honesty, integrity, and quality of craftsmanship by our crew!

Trey attained a construction engineering degree from Purdue University and after years of experience, started Pettis Builders over thirteen years ago.

Chad Penick

Lead Superintendent, Chad Penick, is your go-to guy for on-the-jobsite necessities. He works ’round the clock to complete our construction projects, and his construction knowledge in the field is a great asset! Chad is the face you will most likely see on your jobsite supervising our talented sub-contractors and making sure the job gets done right.

Stephanie Goldsby

Our Interior Designer, Stephanie Goldsby, studied Interior Design at Middle Tennessee State University and The Art Institute of Atlanta. She works directly with each client to successfully guide them through the decision making process to help keep projects on time and within budget.

Stephanie says, “I love working one on one with clients to help them bring their ideas and wishes to life. I don’t design houses, I design homes. I treat each home, no matter the size or cost, with the same attention and respect- everyone’s home is important.” Together with our clients, Stephanie helps create a home by balancing function, comfort and a style that will fit their unique lifestyle; A home they not only love to currently live in but a home they will continue to thrive in for the years to come.
